We employ a fantastic staff of NATE Certified Technicians, client care representatives, and comfort consultants with years of experience and education in the heating and cooling industry.

At RSP Heating and Cooling we are not committed only to customer service and satisfaction, we are also committed to the communities we serve. We participate in community and fundraising events, and welcome the chance to help improve these communities whenever we can.

Our Mascot, Cozy Bear, with local Boy Scout Troop and Pack Leader, Kevin Hunsperger. We appreciate our friends from Boy Scout Troop 77 who faithfully take care of our American Flag on special holidays.

(Annual RSP Straw Maze) Johnston City Pre-K held their Halloween costume party at RSP's free Straw Maze. Families from all over Southern Illinois visit our free Straw Maze each October.

(Folds of Honor Golf Tournament) RSP is honored to sponsor the Folds of Honor Charity Golf Classic. Our first annual tournament held on July 1st, 2012 raised over $15,000 for the Folds of Honor foundation. Folds of Honor provides educational assistance to family members of veterans wounded or killed in service to our country.
